CONSCIOUS MIND TO HEAL MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT.

IN TODAY'S WORLD, THERE HAS BEEN A GREAT EMPHASIS ON THE HEALING OF THE EMOTIONAL PART OF THE HUMAN BODY TO FACILITATE THE HEALING OF THE PHYSICAL.

THERE HAS TO BE FULL BALANCE, FOR HEALTH TO BE RESTORED, AS ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER, WILL LEAD TO MORE DISEASE AND IMMUNE DEFFICIENCY.

IN AMINOLOGY, THE THERAPIST BECOMES THE HEALER OF THE SOUL, TAKING THE CLIENT THROUGH GUIDED VISUALIZATIONS TO RELEASE BAGGAGE, PAIN AND EMOTIONAL HURT FROM THE PAST, AND ASSISTING WITH THE EMPOWERMENT TO LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL, IN MIND AND BODY. THE SPIRITUAL REALM, THROUGH THE ANGELS AND ARCHANGELS, PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN THIS JOURNEY, AS IT GIVES THE CLIENT, THE INTUITION AND HEALING THROUGH THE METAPHYSICAL ENERGY OF THE UNIVERSE.

AMINOLOGY OPENS THE DOOR TO THE ANGELIC FORCES TO ASSIST IN THE HEALING PROCESS.

SENSITIVITY, COUNSELLING AND UNDERSTANDING, FORM A MAJOR PART OF THE MODALITY, IN WHICH THE CLIENT IS PROVIDED WITH THE MIND TOOLS TO LEAD A FULL, HEALTHY AND HAPPY LIFE.

AMINOLOGY, WHICH COMBINES VISUALIZATION, COUNSELLING AND JOURNEY WORK, IS ESSENTIAL AND IS COMPATIBLE TO ANY OTHER TREATMENT THAT THE CLIENT IS UNDERGOING.

Astrology

Astrology is any of several traditions or systems in which knowledge of the positions of celestial bodies is held to be useful in understanding, interpreting and organizing knowledge about reality and human existence on earth. All are based on the relative positions and movements of various real and construed celestial bodies, chiefly the Sun, Moon, planets, and and lunar nodes as seen at the time and place of the birth or other event being studied. A practitioner of astrology is termed an astrologer , though they are sometimes referred to as an astrologist .

Many of those who practice astrology believe that the positions of certain celestial bodies either influence, or correlate with but do not influence, people's personality traits, important events in their lives, and even physical characteristics.

Ayurveda

Ayurvedic medicine is a more than 6,000 year old comprehensive system of medicine based on a holistic approach rooted in Vedic culture. Its conspicuous use of the word veda, or knowledge, reveals its role in early Hinduism and describes its hallowed place in India . Ayurveda also had a tradition of surgery. Ayurveda became increasingly symptom-based, treating the symptoms of a disease rather than the root cause. However, it is important to note that Ayurveda was originally a consciousness based system of health care. Its philosophy, expressed in modern terms, is to strengthen the immune system.

Channelling

We human beings live in the earthly, energetically dense, Third Dimension. The Fourth Dimension is inhabited by the Guides and departed human souls. These beings are more connected with the human and earthly energy vibrations so are able to give spiritual information relating to your daily life – normally called clairvoyance – this is not channelling.

Channelling brings messages from Fifth Dimensional beings - Archangels, Ascended Masters and Angels.

The Fifth Dimension is further refined on an energy level and is the first dimension of pure love and compassion. No message coming from this dimension will ever contain any negativities to bring fear into your life. Perhaps there will be a warning but this will be given in a loving way and will not bring fear – rather forewarned is forearmed so you can be prepared and have some way to cope powerfully with whatever may be coming your way.

A channelled message is given in symbolic form. The beings of the Fifth Dimension have a task not to interfere with your life path and therefore they will leave you to put the symbolic message into context within your own life – and change things if you want to.

The task of any person who is undertaking to be a ‘channel' is to be a pure channel and to not let themselves, their thoughts, opinions or feelings get in the way of what is coming through for their client. To let go of their ego and allow the pure love of the message to flow through them.

Channelling is often carried out with groups of people listening – in this scenario the messages will be more general for the whole human race rather than for an individual.

Individual messages are more specific, questions can be asked and guidance will be given around those questions. As the Archangels, Angels and Ascended Masters have undertaken not to interfere with your incarnation, they will not give prophesy but will give helpful, loving guidance around any questions you may have. As long as you are asking the question, you are retaining your power and they are not interfering.

Channelling from the Fifth Dimension is normally on a ‘Life Purpose' level. When you begin to have questions about why you have incarnated and what is your spiritual purpose to help humanity in this lifetime…the Archangels, Angels and Ascended Masters can bring you the ‘big picture'.

Crystal Healing

Crystal healers believe that crystals have energies and properties that are able to improve health and well being. Crystals , which are minerals that have a periodic atomic structure, possess paranormal abilities. Everything is energy and vibrates at various frequencies and crystals work via these vibrations. Every living thing has a vibrational energy system, which includes chakras, subtle bodies and meridians. By using the appropriate crystals one can retune energy systems or rebalance a body's energies, thus improving well-being.

The earliest records of crystal healing come from ancient Egypt . The Ebers papyrus states the medicinal uses of many different gems. Healing with crystals is also recorded in India 's Ayurvedic records and in traditional Chinese medicine from around five thousand years ago.

Divination

“Divination is the process of obtaining knowledge of secret or future things by means of oracles, omens or astrology, or from contact with superhuman or divine sources. Examples of these practices are to be found in the earliest periods of the history of mankind and still today in all cultures, whether or not industrialized. Already know and practiced by the Babylonians, Assyrians and Greeks, this science was first systematically described in De Divinatione . In that work Cicero distinguished two forms, naturalis and artificialis , the former based on phenomena quite independent of the observer, who interprets them (astrology; weather indications, such as the direction of lightning flashes or the shape of clouds; behavior and movements of animals; special marks on the hands or other parts of the body; rustling of plants' leaves; features of dreams and the like); and the latter based on techniques (with playing cards, wooden tablets, bones, small stones, cowries etc.) employed by the diviner, who interprets the results. This means of obtaining information is still operational in various cultures throughout the world, reflecting their particular differences.”

Holographic Repatterning®

Holographic Repatterning® is a Process that makes it possible for us to create positive change in any area of our life where we experience limitation.

Through the HR Process for Positive Change we are able to identify how our problems provide us with an opportunity to move to a higher level of coherence, order and awareness. Ultimately, all positive change involves moving to higher states of coherence within us. Problems simply let us know that we have areas of non-coherence that need to be identified and transformed.

Holographic Repatterning® is based on a foundation of principles from new physics and psychology as well as ancient knowledge of the Chakra system of India and the Five Element-Meridian system of China .

The HR Process for Positive Change and the HR muscle indicator system allow us to identify and transform non-coherent patterns that manifest as our difficulties, life-depleting habits and negative perceptions. Once we transform these non-coherent patterns, positive outcomes, on one level or another, are automatically experienced.

Meditation

Meditation usually refers to a state of extreme relaxation and concentration, in which the body is generally at rest and the mind quieted of surface thoughts. Several major religions include ritual meditation; however, meditation itself need not be a religious or spiritual activity. Most of the more popular systems of meditation are of Eastern origin.

Another form of meditation is more closely akin to prayer and worship, wherein the practitioner turns spiritual thoughts over in the mind and engages the brain in higher thinking processes. The goal in this case is the receipt of spiritual insights and new understanding.

Past Life Regressions

We often wonder if our past lives affect us and it can be a fascinating and healing experience to find out.

Past Life Regression Therapy can be carried out in two ways - if the client regularly meditates and can reach altered states of consciousness then it is quite an easy process for the therapist to guide the client into the spiritual place where any questions can be answered – often by the client's Higher Self or other Light Beings who are there to help.

If the client does not meditate and cannot get to a state of altered consciousness then the therapist can channel the information and answers.

At all times it is good karma for the client to prepare a list of questions for the therapist to work from. In that way the client's life process is not being dictated to or interfered with in any way.

Past life questions can be very varied – ‘why do I have brown hair?' ‘ why did I choose my mother?' ‘what was my most significant past life?' etc. The answers and insight gained can be life changing.

It is quite possible to change a pattern completely just by knowing why you are caught in it. The insight can allow responsibility to be taken for a behaviour pattern and a decision made to change it.

Alternatively, the changing work can be done while in a meditative state by the client and patterns immediately broken.

Recalling past lives with a trained therapist is not normally traumatic. Although the circumstances of the life may be full of trauma, they are ‘filtered' as they are recalled. Emotions softened and lives are viewed as if watching a video.

Past life regression can be a truly profound life-changing experience.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of complementary or alternative medicine, developed (or rediscovered) during the latter half of the 19th century by Mikao Usui in Japan . It has gained widespread popularity outside Japan , particularly in Europe and North America . The name Reiki comes from the Japanese “ rei” (roughly meaning "Universe" also believed to mean spirit/soul, it had an older meaning of possessed shamaness) and “ ki” (energy/life energy). Other common definitions are "universal life force energy" or "healing energy of the universe".

Practitioners act as channels for "Reiki" energy, which flows from the Universe through their bodies and from the palms of their hands, to specific parts of their own or others' bodies in order to facilitate healing. Reiki energy can be channelled through other parts of a practitioner's body (for example, their feet, fingers or even "beamed" through their eyes) if they wish to. The primary tool to focus the flow of the energy is the practitioner's intention.

Shamanism

What is Shamanism?

Traditionally Shamans are the mediators and communicators between people and the Spirit or Unseen World. They act as healers and advisors by travelling between the physical and spirit worlds through the medium of trance, ritual and dance with the help and assistance of their ancestors and spirit allies.

Shamanism is not a belief system. It looks at our universe as a living whole in which things are connected. It is about communication and interaction with all of life; plants, stones and even computers. Shamanism seeks to create harmonious balance with the 'Great Spirit' that is the essence of everything.

Shamanism is not an isolated world view, but has its roots on every continent and is still the fundamental world-view of many cultures. Western civilization has lost its connection to the earth and we have forgotten how to live in harmony with "all our relations" that share our universe. Consequently people have become dissatisfied with the belief system of their religions and societies. There has been a shift towards alternative ways of seeing our world in the quest to rediscover the meaning and magic in our lives.

Soul Retrieval:
As we move through our lives, many of us encounter situations that are frightening, traumatic or just too painful to deal with. In order to cope, we push aside the energy of the situation and continue with our lives as best we can. This way of coping is not a negative act in itself, but can result in energy or soul parts being lost or trapped in an event, like a stuck record which continues to play the same track over and over again. This energy or soul part is still part of our essence so while we remain in effect of it, we cannot use it or change it, resulting in a loss of personal power.

Soul Retrieval can help if you:

  • feel stuck, unable to clear or move past blocks in your life.
  • cannot focus or concentrate.
  • find it difficult to be 'present' in your body.
  • have no energy or feel numb and empty.
  • struggle with addictions to food, alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling etc.
  • suffer from repetitive bad health or allergies.
  • feel depressed.
  • unable to get over the death of a loved one.
  • need help or advice.

This healing process is threefold:

Retrieval:
In a Soul Retrieval the Shamanic healer journeys with the aid of spirit allies to the "map" of the client's life, and retrieves the lost soul parts needed to help heal the client in their present situation. The retrieved soul parts are then gently integrated over several sessions so that the energy is returned and personal power is restored.

Integration:
Once the soul parts have been returned they need to be integrated. Some parts do so spontaneously, while others need to be actively accepted back. When integration has taken place the soul energy is once again part of the whole person. The client is assisted on this journey by the healer and helpful spirit guides. This process may take several sessions.

Returning Stolen Soul Parts:
We unconciously steal soul energy from others when we judge, envy, idolize or over-care for people. We cannot use this energy and end up being burdened by having to carry it around with us. Those stolen from, in turn, have suffered soul loss and therefore have less energy. This process involves a simple but effective ritual to return the stolen energy and to free ourselves. It is a very liberating experience.

Power Animals:
The Shamanic healer assists you in a journey to find and meet the power animal closest at this time. These guides are powerful and nurturing allies, ready to help with advice, information and healing. Some cultures believe that as long as your power animal is around you cannot die.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a Japanese healing art deeply rooted in the philosophy and practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine

In the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi (energy) is manifested both as yin--cold, dark, and "interior," and yang--warm, light, and "exterior." In fact, Qi is present in all the opposites we experience, such as night and day, hot and cold, growth and decay. And although yin and yang may be perceived as opposites, they are actually inseparable. The recognition of one is essential to the recognition of the other. The balance between them is like the motion of night and day; at the instant darkness reaches its zenith at midnight, the cycle has begun to flow steadily toward dawn. At noon, the zenith of light, the day begins slowly to turn toward the darkness of night. All the internal organs of the body are subject to this swing of the universe.

This view holds further that Qi, manifesting as yin/yang, makes up the universe in the form of five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. These five elements also represent our bodily constitution as human beings, making us one with the universe. Qi flows into our bodies, up from the earth in its yin form and down from the heavens in its yang form. The energy channels in our bodies through which it moves are called "meridians."

These meridians do not directly correspond to any anatomical part recognised by Western medicine. The best way to understand the flow of Qi through the meridians is to compare it to the flow of blood in our veins and arteries. If our blood does not reach our toes, they become dead. If our blood does not flow freely, we have high or low blood pressure. If our blood clots, we have an embolism or a stroke. Similarly, unbalanced or stagnant Qi can cause many diseases and ailments. In fact, Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the principle that every illness, ailment, and discomfort in the body can be explained in terms of an imbalance of Qi.

Each meridian is related to one of the five elements. For example, the heart meridian is related to the element fire, the kidneys and bladder to water. Along the meridians are pressure points or "gateways," special places where Qi can become blocked. With the help of a qualified practitioner, its flow can be freed and balance restored.

Shiatsu combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with practices similar to those of acupuncture but performed without needles. Using instead finger, thumb or elbow pressure.

Shiatsu is a Japanese word: "shi" meaning finger, and "atsu" meaning pressure. But shiatsu is more than acupressure. It is a combination of many different techniques, including pressing, hooking, sweeping, shaking, rotating, grasping, vibrating, patting, plucking, lifting, pinching, rolling, brushing and stretching. No needles, creams, machines, devices, or other paraphernalia are needed for the experience of a complete shiatsu session.

Some shiatsu practitioners use a massage table; others use the floor in order to apply a wider variety of techniques. If the floor is used, the person lies on a futon, an exercise mat, or a mattress. The practitioner then works by kneeling, sitting, crawling, and standing near the client. The client remains fully clothed for shiatsu with loose, comfortable clothing.

Shiatsu is used to treat myriad illnesses and conditions. Also, Shiatsu strengthens the immune system and, if practised consistently, the natural healing flow is restored and truly becomes preventive health care.

Spiritual Energetic Healing

Healing has been practised in virtually all cultures and religious customs since the beginning of time. Most cultures required a shaman, medicine man or woman to cure their ills. Even the Judaic Scriptures describe paranormal cures such as the answer to Abraham's prayer against barrenness and those of leprosy by Elisha and Moses. Faith healing was also the dominant form of treatment five hundred years before Christ.

Drug cures gradually became more popular and were integrated into the usual faith healing practices. When Christianity began to make its influence felt, these drug cures were forced out, and once again, pure faith healing became popular and remained so for thirteen centuries. Then, at the time of the Renaissance, faith healing began to lose its virtual control on medical therapy but remained popular in non-medical cults.

Healing was one of the most important ministries of a youthful church, which evangelised and extended the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Eventually healing became an automatic practice within the Church and this has remained the case up to the present day.

In the 21st Century however, when healing is practised in the Churches, , it remains good and spiritual. The moment someone decides to take healing out of the Churches, however, the closed minded regard it as being negative. This means that there are millions of people in the world at this very moment, needlessly suffering because some of the churches do not allow their members to receive hands-on healing from a healing practitioner in private practice.

What is Healing?

(some answers to client's questions)

The ability to touch and transfer energy can actually be as normal to our being as reading or writing. The only difference is that people have never been taught how to do it. It is as simple as placing your hands on an area of discomfort, holding them there and relaxing. Just lovingly touching and soothing someone, releases healing energy from a person's hands, bringing ease, comfort and release of tension for someone in distress.

A healer works directly with the client's energy field to bring mind, body and spirit back into balance. Healing may be given for any illness, stress or injury as a therapy, which has no side effects and is complementary to any other form of treatment. Case histories range from the trivial, to the medically diagnosed terminal illness, but no one can say in advance what the outcome will be. Apart from its therapeutic effect in relieving pain, in the return of function, healing is significant for noticeable improvements in the client's attitude and their quality of life.

The healer acts as a channel by absorbing and then sending external, positive energy into the client, with the laying on of hands (contact healing), or with the hands held slightly away from the body, working on the energy field. Distant healing again, works by sending energy to a person through the power of telepathic thought, intuitively, mentally or emotionally.

How does it work?

By laying their hands on or near the body, the trained healer has the ability to introduce energy into the physical, thus stimulating the client's body to heal itself. In a state of deep relaxation, the healer absorbs, transforms and transmits energy, which the client may experience as heat, tingling, vibration, coldness, or a combination of all these. In some cases, the client may not feel anything at all. The healer simply gives energy and the client uses this, to bring about his or her own healing, either physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.

Is it necessary to have faith?

No, but a strong will to get better does help. Unlike "Faith Healing", the client does not have to "believe" in the healer, in order to be healed. Priests did healing long before "Doctors" were established as a profession. We are not concerned with distinctions of race, class, religious or political beliefs.

What happens when I go to a healer?

The healer will take a careful case history and explain the procedure to you. You will then be asked to sit or lie down, fully clothed. The healer will help you to relax mentally and physically and allow healing energy to flow to you by laying their hands on or near you, which induces a deep state of relaxation and peace.

Does healing always work?

Sometimes "miracles" do happen. It depends on the unconscious plan of the client's soul.

Tarot

Tarot is a system of symbolism and philosophy consisting of a set of 78 images, normally embodied in a deck of cards similar to a regular set of game-playing cards.

The earliest extant examples of Tarot decks are of Italian origin and roughly date back to the 15th century, when they were used to play the game of Tarocchi. In the course of its development it became connected to cartomancy and thence to occult studies. The set of 78 images, rich with symbolic meaning, is considered by students of this "occult" or "esoteric" Tarot ( tarotists practising tarotism ) to be independent of the particular representation as a deck of cards; consequently they focus on the study of the images (and their symbolic meanings) as distinct from any particular instance.

In addition to its philosophical and divinatory uses, Tarot is also used as an aid to meditation.
